With summer ahead I know it`s time to sort the house out again, a spring clean, a bit of decorating and tidy up in the garden. I always wonder why through winter time everything attaches a scruffy look, the garden over grows rapidly, the carpets look filthy and the walls look dull, in desperate need of a lick of paint. I have been saving for a new set of French doors this year, the ones we have now are rather old fashioned and have been there since we moved in four years ago. I did consider just having a basic back door fitted instead of spending a fortune on French doors however I think if I make the garden look really good, plenty of bright colours and have a pond built it would be a shame not to be able to see it well from the kitchen-dining area, and French doors have the advantage of letting plenty of light in. I do have the money now to buy so my plan is to look online first, I have seen a nice design with two side panels and two openers so all I need to do now is sort the garden!
